Who can create or receive a Wish List?
Payment and recipient authorization are separate. Access is checked by current membership, role, participation state, privacy, and TRUST rules.
Authorized recipients only
- Active Registered Thrift Runner.
- Active participating registered thrift storefront.
- No ordinary buyer, seller, directory store, or inactive participant.
- Eligibility must remain current on every access.
Secure placeholder: The policy boundary is implemented and tested, but no Wish Lists are stored or displayed. Membership, billing, roles, matching, and private messaging must be approved and built before activation.
